Predicting Big Raster Stacks w/HPC

Here’s the latest of what I’m working on…

1. Fitting models to predict FIA metrics from summarized LiDAR variables
   1. separate models for each NPC system
   2. boral
2. Validating those models
3. Using those models to predict the values of FIA metrics across the state

The last objective, given the fine scale of summarized LiDAR data and the broad scale of analysis, is going to be computationally intensive. So, I’m trying to make that work as best I can by using the HPC system.
